A Myrtle Beach Realtor since 2006, with nearly two decades of experience, Brian brings deep local knowledge of the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand markets, backed by decades of hands-on experience in real estate and construction. Before becoming a full-time agent, Brian owned a home improvement and contracting company for over 17 years and was an active real estate investor, buying, renovating, and selling homes. His background allows him to guide buyers and sellers with preparation, honest communication, and thoughtful decision-making so clients feel confident throughout every step of the process. Having built his career and business in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand, Brian’s success is rooted in a deep understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and coastal lifestyle.
Family is at the center of everything Brian does. He and his wife Melanie have been married since 1990 and raised four children, several of whom now work in service-based professions, including real estate, carrying on the same values of integrity and care. Today, Brian is also a proud grandfather and enjoys spending time with his growing family, whether boating, fishing, or enjoying life along the coast with their family dog, Reign.
